African Alliance Insurance says it will soon launch a claims App to ease filing of claims and quick response in order to satisfy its customers.

Mrs Joyce Ojemudia, the Managing Director and Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of the Insurance firm, made this known on Wednesday while hosting the Nigeria Council of Registered Insurance Brokers (NCRIB) Members’ Evening in Lagos.

Ojemudia said the insurance company had also restructured its Claims Department and Customers Service Unit to give top of the range services to its customers.

“In 2021 and beyond, we will continue to excite you with stakeholder-focussed innovation, constant claims payment, whilst using technology to scale operations.

“Our strategy is clear and simple; customers’ satisfaction at all cost.

“As you may know, we were recently certified by the International Organisation for Standardisation and awarded the ISO 22301.

“A testimonial to our highly effective competitive advantage with respect to organisational reputation, credibility, process, and resilience to environmental volatility.

“This is an assurance of our business continuity,” the managing director said.

Ojemudia solicited the support of the company’s stakeholders on all fronts, especially by increasing business patronage.

She said the team of the insurance firm was waxing stronger than ever and remained steadfast in its commitment to do better.
