The second edition of Miss Port Harcourt City held at LA DOME (LA KINGS), Stadium Road, Port Harcourt was a very unique event. The event which is known to showcase the rich culture of Rivers State didn’t only see the emergence of a new Miss Port Harcourt City; it took a new toll assome quintessential ladies in the Garden city whose contribution to social service is landmark were honoured. Hon. Dame (Mrs.) IbimSimienitari and award winning singer Muma Gee were amongst recipient of this award.
