“The movie industry is growing both in standard and number and as a legend, I am passionate about the success of the up-and-coming, who really want to build a career.“On this note, my advice to them is that they should develop the capacity of staying focused, be prepared to work hard, because it is important that they must sustain their interests.“Basically, they must recognise the veterans in the industry by way of respect, humble themselves and exhibit discipline, so that they can tap, learn from their wealth of experience,” he added.

The popular actor also urged young actors and actresses in the industry to also sharpen their skills in order to meet the demands and the requirements that come along with auditions by movie producers and directors. Asiegbu, also a director and movie producers, explained that young actors were sometimes tasked to read scripts to evaluate their ability to interprete messages to viewers.
